All our products are vegan except a few which are made with beeswax and honey. Aside from our lip balms, Goat Milk with Lavender and Tumeric with Honey soap all our products are vegan.

All our soaps are gentle enough to be used on the face but as with all skincare products conduct a patch test if you have concerns about skin sensitivities and allergies.

While Shea butter has a characteristically nutty smell, we use premium quality Grade A Shea Butter in all our products which has the smell is minimized.  Also the smell of Shea butter doesn’t last long and typically fades a few minutes after application.

Our soap bars last a few weeks depending on usage. It is important to bear in mind that handmade soap is softer than commercial cleansing bars and detergents. To get the best use out of your soap, allow it to dry between uses on a draining soap dish.

When you place an order, an email is sent to you with your order number and status. Your order status is constantly updated to provide you the necessary information. You can also call our customer service numbers to make enquiries regarding your order.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, contact us if you are not happy with your order and we will do our best to help.
