Bentonite clay is a mineral clay that is very absorbent. It can be used as a pore cleansing face mask or a mild hair cleansing, clarifying mask.
DIY Face Mask recipe – Mix one tablespoon of bentonite clay, two drops of an essential oil of your choice and a liquid (water, hydrosols, milk, yoghurt or diluted apple cider vinegar) into a slurry. Apply to face and rinse off after 3 minutes.

The Bentonite clay works wonders as a weekly deep cleanser for my armpit and oily face. I usually combine with water to form paste and apply in desired areas, then rinse after a few minutes for a visibly clearer complexion.
